How long will my order take to arrive?

Artificial wall panels:

Standard delivery for our wall panels (that are listed as in stock) is 2-5 working days from the date of order.

*For panels that are available on back order. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

Artificial plant/ infill:

Standard delivery for our plants (that are listed as in stock) is 2-5 working days from the date of order.

+ Next day shipping available on in stock items. Please select at checkout pre 2 pm orders.

For products marked as on back order: Not available for next day*

These will be dispatched and delivered within 2-7 working days. *When combined with a wall panel these will be shipped together as a 2-7 day service*

Artificial grass:

Standard 5-10 working days dispatch / delivery

Neon Signs/Lights:

In stock items: For next day shipping please select at checkout pre 2 pm orders on in stock items only. 

For standard shipping these will be dispatched within 2-5 working days from the date of order.

For bespoke/ made to order neon signs: These are shipped and delivered within 5-10 working days. Fast track is available for an additional fee. Please advise if this is required.
